We are looking for someone that possesses strong technical know-how, thrives on precision, and wants to lead a team of over achievers.
  • Maintain and review the general ledger
  • Prepare and review financial statements and footnotes in accordance with US GAAP
  • Prepare and review allocations and waterfall schedules
  • Prepare and review quarterly custom reporting and other schedules
  • Prepare and review capital activity including capital calls, distributions, and transfers
  • Prepare and review fee calculations including (but not limited to) management fees, professional fees, and carried interest allocations
  • Prepare and review ad hoc reports as needed
  • Manage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables
  • Analyze agreements between partners and investment managers to ensure funds are operating according to the agreements.
  • Review clients' LPAs, PPMs, and other materials
  • Maintain and manage multiple client relationships
  • Assist in establishing onboarding plans for new client setup
  • Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members
  • Coordinate and manage external audit and tax process on behalf of multiple clients
  • Experience in managing a team of accountants
  • 8+ years’ experience in private equity accounting
  • CPA, MBA OR CFA preferred
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP with experience
  • Experience with hybrid funds preferred
  • Ability to find unconventional and creative solutions
  • Dexterity to handle multiple industries and clients simultaneously
